This article shows you how to upload a previously supplied document against a third party safety contact. Below you can see that Surlec has registered on the platform, and there are two employees.

For each of the employees, we add the role of Electrician. This has role has compliance requirements against it.

The Electrician role has a compliance requirement for an Electrical license. When the safety user logs in, they would see a compliance item against them.

This article assumes you have received the licences for Mike and Peter, so you want to upload them. Log in as a system administrator and go to the contacts screen and locate the contact.

When you open the contact you can see the missing compliance item;

You then see the item that is missing;

When you click on the item, you can upload it.

The compliance item will then show as compliant.
