On the iOS version of Onsite Inspect, there is a function which allows the user to send a copy of the error logs for the application for support purposes.

From the Account scene triple tap on your email address. The account screen is accessed nu pressing the cog on the Projects screen.

The logs screen will then open.

You should then click on the share icon

An email screen will then open. It will already have the required recipient email addresses. All that you need to do is press Send.
