Perspective Platform Resource Centre

In this article, we take a high-level look at the steps to create a new portal licensee.

Account Registration

The new portal licensee must register on the platform.

  1. From the login page select Register.

  1. Enter your companies email address.

  2. Click on the Next arrow.

  1. Enter your organisations details.

  2. Tick I’m not a robot.

  3. Click Finish. You will then see a screen similar to the one below.

You will then receive an email at the address you registered with to confirm your registration.

When you click on the link the registration process is complete.

Portal Licensee Details

When the portal licensee logs in there will only be the perspective of the person. They can now add their organisations details.

  1. Select Perspectives.

  1. Click on Add Business Profile.

The person should then enter their businesses information.

When they have saved this they will have two perspectives. One for the person who registered and one for the organisation.

Adding the Portal Licensees Entitlements

A Platform - System Administrator can then add the connections to the appliances that the have purchased.


These connections do not require the licensee to accept them.
