User Authentication
To establish the connection between the user in Framework and the user in Almirah, there is an authentication process in Framework;
- In Production Module, Launch File > User Options.
- Select Perspective Platform tab.
- Enter the Almirah Login and Password, as you would in the browser.
- Hit Authenticate button.
When the authentication is successful, a Contact ID is stored for the user.
Thin Client Link
This functionality is available in Framework 2020 (v7.1).
A Thin Client set up is available for
- Accessing the Almirah Document Management System when the documents to be managed and uploaded are local to the user, and not Framework ECM
- Refreshing the Almirah Project when the job is changed in Framework ECM.
These functions are managed by Security Preferences.
