LAN Synchronisation

The synchronisation of data between Framework Sales Advice Management and Framework ECM is an important process in the ongoing use of Framework Sales Advice Management.

Synchronisation supports:

  • Updating product, template, and VPB data from the office to the Framework Sales Advice Management database.
  • Submitting client, sales advice, land, and quotation data to the office for later importation into Framework ECM.
  • Synchronisation between the local computer and the Framework Sales Advice Management database.

LAN Synchronise Dialog - Clients Tab

Important: The Client tab is only relevant to users working in a local environment. If Framework Sales Advice Management is run in a hosted environment, such as Citrix or Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), the sales advice documents do not require synchronising.

The Clients tab is used to synchronise client's sales advice documents between the sales advice database and the sales advice master database.

Client sales advice documents may be moved between the sales advice and sales advice master databases with arrow buttons used to indicate the direction the information will be synchronised.
