The Communicate Dialogue window is one area where you can send SMS messages to entities.

1) Go to the Client \ Contacts menu screen. 2) Click on the Communicate button and the Communicate window will open. 3) SMS will be automatically selected. 4) The Selected Contacts section shows the contact who was selected when you pressed the Communicate button. 5) The Client Contacts section shows all of the contacts for the client. 6) The Broker Contacts section shows all of the brokers contacts. 7) The Referral Contacts section shows the entity that referred the client as defined in the Client \ Service section. 8) The Vendor Contact section shows the vendor contact details for the current application. Each section will display the entity only if they have a mobile number defined against them |
