Overview
A new feature has been added to the Work Orders (Approval Request) dialog to allow confirmation of “Goods Received”.
Functionality Delivered
A set of fields have been added to the work order approval request dialog.
The following are required to use this function:
The work order must be in edit mode
The work order must be final and approved
The work order must have a logged purchase order number
These are not editable, and are populated by use of the Goods Received button on the dialog.
Pressing this will raise a confirmation prompt, and allow the information to be populated.
Goods Received - set to Yes
Date/Time - set to current date/time
Received By - set to the name of the user who initiated the goods received process
