Overview
This article explains the process required to set up a specific Sender ID for Insula’s customers when sending SMS messages from our software products.
Insula will attempt to deliver messages with your Sender ID, where possible. Please note however, that we cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered using your specified Sender ID as it may be changed by carrier networks, with or without notice, resulting in a different Sender ID being used. This feature is offered on a best-effort basis – delivering your messages is our first priority.
We will require a letter/document on company letterhead from you.
This will be forwarded to our SMS/Telecommunications providers to support the Sender ID application process. Please note that approval of an application and the duration of the approval process is not controlled by Insula.
Restrictions
The length of the name cannot exceed 14 characters, and cannot include spaces.
