The My Team option allows you to see what items your staff have lodged against them. It is available when;

When you are logged in as a registered Supplier/Subcontractor who has also registered contacts of their organisation, when you first log in, you will only see your personal details. You need to change to the company perspective.

You will then have a new button, My Team. | |
When you click on the My Team button, you will see all of your employees in the My Team screen.
1. Missing Compliance - Click here to expand...
When you click on the Missing Compliance option, you will be shown the items they need to work onsite.
When you click on the item that you want to update the Add Compliance item screen for the person will be shown. You can add the information here.
Enter the Document Number.
Enter the expiry date.
Upload the document by clicking on Browse and locating the relevant document.
Click on the Add button.
You will then see the following screen detailing the compliance item that you have just completed.
2. The Incomplete Inductions shows how many inductions that the employee has to complete. If you see items in this area, you should notify your staff member to complete all inductions.
Unread Notifications - Click here to expand
The Unread Notifications shows how many inductions the employee has not read. If you see items in this area, you should notify your staff member to check their Notifications.
4. Incomplete Tasks - Click here to expand
The incomplete tasks section shows how many tasks the employee has outstanding. If you see items in this area, you should notify your staff member to complete all tasks.
5. Unread News - Click here to expand
The unread news section shows which safety news articles your employees have not read. If you see items in this area, you should notify your staff member to read all news articles so that they are aware of all safety issues.
