The Goods Details screen lists specific information about financed items. Any goods entered during the application process will appear on this screen. New goods can be added, or existing goods can be edited from this screen.

  • To see more detail on the Goods records click on the View button.
  • To add a Goods record to the application click on the New button.
  • To amend the Goods records just click on Edit.
  • To Delete an item click on Delete.

The Goods Details tab is split into five tabs:

  • General: Details the type and cost of the asset including the cost of goods. The description dynamically changes depending on the type of good. The example shown is Motor Vehicle.
  • Location: Details the location of the asset.
  • Services: Information regarding the asset's vendor or supplier.
  • Depreciation: Information regarding the asset's depreciation.
  • Notes: Written description of the asset.

    The Assign from Register option will only display if the TFS Licence includes the Asset Register module. This module allows you to manage the leasing of assets.

    The Notes tab is used to enter any notes about the goods.

    If notes were entered on the General tab's Application Short Description field, they would be copied to the Notes tab
    1. Click New. The Create or Assign Asset prompt will display.
    2. Click Yes. The General tab of the Goods Details dialog will display.

    3. Enter the general details.
    4. Select the Location tab.

    6. Select the Service Providers tab.

    7. Enter the service provider's details.
    8. Select the PPSR tab.

    9. Enter the personal property securities register details.
    10. Select the Depreciation tab.

      Only present if using the asset register module.

    11. Enter the depreciation details.
    12. Select the Notes tab.

    13. Enter any notes, if required.
    14. Click OK. The Goods will be added.
