New rules in ECM and CLT prevent claim items from being called off or multiple call records being created.
Cannot call off if: a) it has an Actual complete date b) it’s not complete, has a Called For date, and the pref for raising claims from forecasts is true (as implemented for PCI/non-PCI) c) it doesn’t have a Called For date |
