The claims area is used to manage forecast and actual construction progress claims.
The views available from the Claims sidebar include:
Current Job View
Forecasting View (default)
Claims Sidebar
The Claims sidebar contains the following options:
Action Group
Action | Description |

Select Job | Tap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated. |

Column | Description |
|---|---|
Job (select) | Job number. Tap to select the highlighted job as the currently selected job. |
Lot | Lot number of the property. |
Street | Name of the street. |
Suburb | Name of the suburb. |
Supervisor | Name of the supervisor. |
Base | Forecasted base completion date. If no date is entered, tap to open the Select Date dialog. |
Frame | Forecasted frame completion date. If no date is entered, tap to open the Select Date dialog. |
Lockup | Forecasted lockup completion date. If no date is entered, tap to open the Select Date dialog. |
Fix | Forecasted fix completion date. If no date is entered, tap to open the Select Date dialog. |
Final | Forecasted final completion date. If no date is entered, tap to open the Select Date dialog. |
Current Job View
This area is currently under development.
New rules in ECM and CLT prevent claim items from being called off or multiple call records being created.
Call off of a claim is allowed, with the following exceptions:
Cannot call off if:
a) it has an Actual complete date
b) it’s not complete, has a Called For date, and the pref for raising claims from forecasts is true (as implemented for PCI/non-PCI)
c) it doesn’t have a Called For date
