There are several stages to This article outlines the workflow stages of an inspection. When an Inspection is first created the Status is Awaiting Start.

Awaiting Start | Image Added | The inspection has been added to the project either via integration or manually. | In Progress |  Image Added | As soon as an item is added to the inspection the workflow changes to In Progress | Under Review |  Image AddedWhen submitted Workflow accordion is updated with the date and time information
 Image Added | When the inspection is submitted, either from the mobile application of the web portal, the status changes to Under Review.
If this is a customers inspection they will not be able to make any further changes to it from this point forward unless you click on the Reverse Submission button on the Inspection screen;
 Image Added | Works in Progress |  Image Added | If at least one of the items on the inspection is approved and flagged as work started the status changes to Works in Progress | Works Sign Off |  Image Added | When all items that have been worked on have been set as Work Finished the status changes to Works Sign Off. | Complete |  Image Added | When all items have either been rejected or signed off the status of the inspection is changed to Complete. |
