The User Broker Security screen allows administrators to set access and search permissions and restrictions for TFS users.

| - From the Administration menu, select Security then Broker Security
- From the sidebar, select Security then Broker Security.

| - From the System User list, select a system user.
- Click the New button. The User Broker Security dialog will be displayed.

- Change the system user, if required.
- Select the broker.
- Select the access status.
- Yes (default): This user will be able to access any clients the selected broker has assigned to them.
- No: This user will not be able to access the clients.
- Select the search status:
- Yes (default): The user will be able to view the broker's clients in search lists.
- No: The user will not see the clients for this broker in search lists.
- Enter notes, if required.
- Click the OK button. The User Broker Security dialog will close.
