The User Broker Security screen allows administrators to set access and search permissions and restrictions for TFS users.

  • From the Administration menu, select Security then Broker Security
  • From the sidebar, select Security then Broker Security.



 How to Add a User Broker Security - Click here to expand...
  1. From the System User list, select a system user.
  2. Click the New button. The User Broker Security dialog will be displayed.



  3. Change the system user, if required.
  4. Select the broker.
  5. Select the access status.
    • Yes (default): This user will be able to access any clients the selected broker has assigned to them.
    • No: This user will not be able to access the clients.
  6. Select the search status: 
    • Yes (default): The user will be able to view the broker's clients in search lists.
    • No:  The user will not see the clients for this broker in search lists.
  7. Enter notes, if required.
  8. Click the OK button. The User Broker Security dialog will close.
