When you have opened the Communicate window you can send an SMS to any entities, who have a mobile number defined against them, related to either the client and application or who have been defined as broker contacts. |

1) Click on the entity who you want to send the SMS to. 2) Click the Add to Recipients button next to the section that the entity belongs to You can send the same message to multiple recipients by repeating steps 1 and 2 as required. If you want to remove a single recipient then click on them in the Recipients box then click on the Remove button. You can remove all selected recipients by pressing the Remove All button. 3) Enter the message that you want to send. 4) Click on the OK button. You can see the messages that have been sent in the CRM \ Client SMS screen. |
