The Building Contract Details screen manages specific information about the building contract, including the vendor, valuer, agent, and solicitor involved in the transaction, and displays anticipated completion and delay summaries.

Building Contract Title Search
The Building Contract Title Search screen manages information relating to the land title including subdivision, covenants, title search suppliers, and work flow.
Building Contract Condition
The Building Contract Condition screen manages individual conditions that may be raised against the building contract. Conditions contain information about the priority, classification, monetary value, and resolution work flow of the item.
