The Building Contract screens can be accessed either through the Contract (Job) side bar, or by following the menu path Production > Administration > Building Contract

Building Contract Details

The Building Contract Details screen manages specific information about the building contract, including the vendor, valuer, agent, and solicitor involved in the transaction, and displays anticipated completion and delay summaries.

Building Contract Service Provider

When the Building Contract is established through agencies or third parties, details of the parties involved can be recorded here.

Building Contract Title Search

The Building Contract Title Search screen manages information relating to the land title including subdivision, covenants, title search suppliers, and work flow.

Building Contract Condition

The Building Contract Condition screen manages individual conditions that may be raised against the building contract. Conditions contain information about the priority, classification, monetary value, and resolution work flow of the item.

Building Contract Commission

The Building Contract Commission screen manages the commissions allocated to salespeople based on the total value of the contract.

Building Contract Finance

The Building Contract Finance screen manages work flows, values, and contacts for finance applications and mortgage processes.

Building Contract Deposits

The Building Contract Deposits screen manages the deposits and payments made by the client against the contract amount, capturing payment methods, values, receipt numbers, and dates.

Building Contract Settlement
