- As a general rule, Yes to the overarching screen, but no to edit means they will only be able to view the screen, but not make edits. Conversely, yes to both means that they will be able to edit.
Note: selecting no to admin overview despite having the admin overview edit: yes permission will not allow users to access the screen. - The same process applies to the sales staff. Simply allow a 'yes' to administration overview, but ensure a 'no' for the editing of this screen.
It is important to note here that these should be done on a per-case basis. Please also be mindful that if you change the permissions for a group, all users within that group will be affected. The only way to override is to set user level permissions.
