The below guide can be used to alter the email template that is sent with the batch claims function within Framework ECM.
Step-by-step guide
Open up Framework Administration (standalone application - not through ECM)
Navigate to communication → System email
Change the category from the drop down to Claims Emailing
Select the relevant email and email template
Edit the template to change what is contained in the email
