The Session records displays details of it's use:

Once a user has accessed secured one of the sessions, it is held while they are actively logged in, regardless of whether they are still in the area of the software requiring the Licence.

The available sessions can be allotted allocated to specific Region/Divisions. This is particularly useful for Franchises.

- Select the Licence and Session
- Click Edit
- From the Licence Region/Division dialog dropdown list, select the relevant Region/Division.
- Select OK.
