The Repository Management System (RMS) refers to the definition and management of the underlying database structure and its use throughout Framework ECM. The three main reasons the RMS is modified is to:
- Define the Framework ECM database
- Set a default value for a field
- Link Framework ECM fields to reports
- Link Framework ECM fields to workflow analysis tests
- Link Framework ECM fields to business rules
