Message
The Message box is used to enter the message to be sent to the recipients. This is similar to a standard SMS message sent on a mobile phone. The message will automatically have some text inserted, similar to the following;
Added to this could be the Job Number and/or Job Address, depending on whether those fields have been set. Any of the text already in the message can be removed or edited.
The remainder of the message is typed directly into this area. Each SMS Message is 160 characters in length, so going over this character count automatically creates subsequent messages. Depending on the recipient device, these may appear as multiple messages or be combined in a single message.
Note: Each 160 character message is considered a unit and multiple units will incur use of multiple monetary credits.
