Add the following field criteria from CRM → follow up, and input the following as per images:
Essentially what that will give is all follow ups in admin stage, with a follow up date less than or equal to today (the day of report generation), and the follow up complete date is empty, therefore overdue.
After these criteria have been added, you can select OK to generate the report.
