- Log into Framework Sales Advice Manager
- Navigate to File>LAN Synchronise...
..
- Navigate to the Administration tab
- Select the Framework User you want to Sync
- Use the arrow button to copy the user to the Sales Advice Users list
- Press Save
- Press Close
