Solution:

To resolve, uninstall the Framework version shown in the error (seen above as 6.3.9033) and install the current Framework version running on your system (seen above as 6.3.9069 or greater).

The correct and updated software versions can be found here: ftp://ftp.insulagroup.com.au/

Uninstalling Framework

Go to your Control Panel

Select Uninstall or change a program

Click on Framework Version X.x.xxxx and click uninstall.

OR

Start → Type 'Add or Remove Programs' → Open Add or Remove Programs → Uninstall from list (as above).

Tip

Ensure you are removing the correct software before uninstalling.


Note

When you upgrade update to a software version higher than your Database, be wary that this will ask you to update your database version to your current software version. Doing so will disallow users with an outdated version from using the database. It is our recommendation to update all Framework workstations currently in use, otherwise it will result in the same error message as above.
