Switching To The Colour Selection History Screen

To open the Colour Selection History screen, click Colour.

Importing A Specification Document

1. Click Import. The Job tab of the Search dialog will be displayed.

2. Search for a specification document.

3. Click OK. The dialog will close and a specification document will be imported.

Creating A Blank Specification Document

1. Click New. The Do you want to create a new specification based on the last one? confirmation prompt will appear.

2. Click No. The General tab of the Specification History dialog will be displayed.

3. Enter the details.

4. Select the Templates tab.

5. Select the appropriate template.

6. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new blank specification document will be created.

Copying A Previous Specification Document

1. Click New. The Do you want to create a new specification based on the last one? confirmation prompt will appear.

2. Click Yes to copy the last specification. The specification document will be copied and displayed in the Specifications list.
