# | Internally generated maintenance request identification number. |
Raised | Date the maintenance request was raised. |
Type | Type of warranty. |
Admin. | Administrator assigned to the maintenance request. |
Super. | Supervisor assigned to the maintenance request. |
Inspection | Date the maintenance request inspection is completed. |
Start | Date the maintenance request was started. |
Signed Off | Date the maintenance request was signed off. |
