Maintaining your compliance

You will receive email reminders if you have a compliance item that is expiring.
The reminders will be sent at
30 days from expiry.
21 days out.
14 days out.
7 days out.
Daily, from 3 days out until compliant (ie. send every day that it remains expired).
Finally, when it has expired (ie. 0 days) There are no continuous emails after it has expired.
When you click on the Compliance tile, you will see the compliance items that have been assigned to you.
Any showing as red must be completed before you work onsite.
To update an item, click on the icon on the relevant compliance item and the following screen will be displayed.
Fill out the details for the item and attach a document or image that can be used to verify the item. The status of the item will be updated.
