List screens:
- Display a list of items, where
- Information is entered through a dialog.
Many screens display a list of items. Each list contains data, which is entered into SmartCampaign through a dialog.

The following topics describe ways to organise and manipulate list screens in SmartCampaign.
A record's order can be changed within a list. The Campaigns screen will be used in the following example:
- Select the list item to be moved.
- From the Edit menu, select the relevant command.
- Move First: Will move the item to the top of the list.
- Move Up: Will move the item up one position.
- Move Down: Will move the item down one position.
- Move Last: Will move the item to the bottom of the list.

The filter command is used to show or hide inactive records in a list.
- From the View menu, select Filter. The list will show only active or inactive items.
