Logistics Tablet Weekly Progress
The Weekly Progress area is used to view analysis of the construction progress of jobs.
Weekly Progress Sidebar
The Weekly Progress sidebar contains the following options:
Action Group
Action | Description |
---|---|
Select Job | Tap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated. |
Recalculate | Recalculate the construction progress. This will update the construction progress for all jobs. Note: This action may take some time to complete. |

Context Bar Ahead/Behind, Weekly/Overall Progress Percentage
Summary View
The Summary View is a dashboard displaying the progress statistics in various formats.
Chart View
The Weekly Progress Chart View displays the jobs for the selected Template Logistics Programme, based on the progress percentage.
Progress of less than 75% is displayed as Red, greater than 75% but less than 89% is displayed as Amber, and greater than 90% is Green.
History View
This view shows the history of completion onsite over historical construction/progress periods. It shows items such as possible vs. actual days complete, weekly % and overall %.
Update View
This is the view that allows you to add weekly progress comments that are added to the construction overview in Framework ECM, and show on weekly progress reporting.
On this screen, progress against all a supervisors jobs can be seen at a glance. Previous periods can be selected by using the drop-down arrow next to the 'Select a Progress Period' field.
Weekly Comment Dialog
This dialog displays the Items, Details, Delay Notes and Comments for the week and allows for the entry of an overall Weekly Comment.
The Weekly Comment can be populated by:
- Using the button, copying from the Delayed Start Notes, Delayed Completion Notes, or Item Comments
- Using the button to copy the Supervisor Notes from the previous Construction Period.
- Free text typing.
When adding in a weekly progress comment, it is advisable to include a short description on what has been completed this week, and what is likely to be completed next week. This way, milestone activities can be easily tracked, and provide construction managers with adequate details on job progress at a glance.
