The User screen displays information about TFS users and their group associations. User groups are useful as permissions can be assigned to groups of users rather than individual users making it easier to manage high level security.
Tip: Although it is possible to enter a new user through this screen, Insula Software recommends using the New User Wizard (File > New User) |

- From the Security section on the Sidebar select User.
- From the Administration menu, select Security then User.
- User Groups can be used to to streamline TFS security. This allows administrators to apply security settings for a group of users rather than individual users.
- You should not add User's in this screen. Please refer to the How to Add a New User article
