Option Contacts > My Contacts
The My Contacts screen allows you to search for all people or organisations who have Onsite Inspect roles attached to them. You are only able to view the contacts from this screen. It is useful to see of the person has accepted any Onsite Inspect roles that they have been given.
If the Status is Pending this means that the person has not accepted the role. This is done by clicking on the link that is in the email that they should have received. If they have not received the email you should check the platform to see that they have supplied the correct email.
