Option - Administration > Tags
Tags are used in searching for documents in Almirah easier.
Merging Tags
From time to to time you may get duplicate tags created. You can use the Merge function to remove the unwanted duplicate tag.
Find the tag you want to keep and choose Merge.
Choose the tag you want to merge into the selected tag.
A. Search for the tags you want to merge.
B. Select the required tags.
C. Click Merge.Check your selections and click Continue.
You will see a message similar to the following.
Wherever a document had the source tag it will be replaced with the destination tag.
