Step-by-step guide

Log into Framework Administration and select CRM, then Email Tpl.

Create an email template and utilise something similar to this:

The way you would get the fields, e.g. {{jobaddress}}, is to select insert field and select the field you are after.

Apply this template to relevant emails.
