When a log in attempt to any Platform application, fails due to an incorrect username/password, clear the stored password and contact GUID fields recorded against the user are cleared.

A message is displayed;
The stored username and/or password stored against your login details has failed to authenticate with the Framework Cloud. Please re-authenticate under My Options to access cloud services.

When a login attempt is required where the user has no credentials no attempt to authenticate/login is made.

The result of these changes is that a failed login will not retry every time you restart Framework.

2. Items tab: The default view of columns for the Items tab hides the cost/detailed columns. The ID column has been widened.

3. Inspections tab. The default view of columns for the inspections tab hides the detailed columns. The # columns (both lists) have been widened to clearly show 8 chars.

4. Assign Dialog. The # columns (both lists) should be wider to clearly show 8 chars
