How to add a report template
From the Category drop-down list, select a report category.
Select the category, if required.
Note: The Category will be automatically completed if Step 1 was followed.
Select a report type.
Select a criteria method.
Enter the name for the report.
Select the Use Native Report Engine status.
Select the Use Native Report SQL status.
Select the Can Print? status:
Yes (default): The report can be printed.
No: The report cannot be printed.
Select the Can Preview? status:
Yes (default): The report can be previewed.
No: The report cannot be previewed.
Select the Can Export? status.
Enter the notes, if required.
Enter the Base SQL Query, if required.
Click the Groups tab.
Name: Group name.
Default Value: Crystal report field holding the value.
Notes/Value Name: Name of the group that is shown.
Enter the Text Formula information:
Default Value: Crystal report field holding the name.
Notes/Text Name: Name to be shown.
Enter the notes, if required.
