Rescheduling Activities
Previously when a user wanted to reschedule an activity they would first have to call it off then call it up for the new date. Two emails (Per activity would be sent to the supplier.
The call-off email
The call-up email for the new date.
This often meant that suppliers would be overloaded with emails calling off and calling up activities. The process has been simplified with a new Reschedule option.
New Email Template
To facilitate this you must configure the new email template Logistics Reschedule: Call Up.
You will only have this option when the upgrade has been performed
Item Rescheduling
Single Item Reschedule
When you select Reschedule when you have only one activity selected you will see the Item Call Forward window and you can set the new Called For date.
