The SMS screen shows you all SMS's that have been sent.


 Openeing the SMS Screen - Click here to expand...
  • From the sidebar select SMS.



 Select Criteria Group - Click here to expand...

Sender -  Limit the SMS Messages to those sent by a particular Sender. Click on the drop down selector button to choose a specific users messages. Click on the Reset Sender button  to remove the selection.

Recipient - Limit the SMS messages to those sent to a particular Recipient. Click on the drop down selector button to choose a specific recipients messages. Click on the Reset Sender button  to remove the selection.


Message Status's

The messages can have the following status's

StatusAction required
Not Sent: Gateway FailureEmail support@insulagroup.com.au
Not Sent: Logon FailureEmail support@insulagroup.com.au
Ready to SendNo action required.
SentNo action required

Date From / Date To - Limit the SMS messages to those sent within a particular date range.


If you want to view a message the select it and click on Edit.


You can resend the message by adding any of the recipients again.
