Description

 INSPECTALL-24\42118

Project (View) Page Improvements

  1. For the Inspections List, the column label "Name" has been changed to "Inspection"

  2. A new column "Status Since" has been added to the right of Status.

    1. This shows the date from the inspection.

    2. This is sortable.

INSPECTALL-21\42432

Inspection Templates (View) Communication Accordion

The standard Communication accordion has been added and is available for use at all times (i.e. regardless of the inspection template status)

INSPECTALL-25\42119

Improvements to adding inspections

  1. When creating a new inspection from a Template, the inspection name is in the format: {Template Name} - {Inspection Type Name}

  2. The Inspector field defaults to the current user if the current user has the Inspector role. This streamlines inspectors creating their own inspections through WebUser.

INSPWU-8\42117

Sharing Inspection Templates with Related Orgs

  1. We have implemented the sharing of inspection templates in the same way we share a Document Type in the DMS.

  2. This is to related organisations to the licensee who owns the template.

  3. Ownership is visible in the template list, and can only be changed by the owner licensee (not who it is shared with).

 INSPWU-4\42173

Inspection list improvements

  1. The column label "Name" has been changed to "Inspection"

  2. The column label "Project Name" has been changed to "Project".

  3. A new column "Status Since" has been added to the right of Status.

    1. This shows the date from the inspection.

    2. You can sort on this column.

INSPWU-3\42175

Inspection view page improvements

  1. In the General Details accordion, for the Template field:

    1. This shows the version of the template.

    2. There is a hyperlink to browse to the Template Version View Page. This is only if the current user has the Data Admin or the System Admin Inspection role.

  2. The Project accordion has a hyperlink to browse to the Project View page.

  3. The Workflow accordion is collapsed by default when loading the page.

  4. The standard Communication accordion has been added and is available for use at all times.

  5. Monitoring that MobApp data is syncing to the Platform has improved:

    1. When viewing the Inspection Items (and expanding the accordions within Items), the page remembers what has been expanded and can be seen.

    2. When you refresh the page (e.g. F5) the page re-opens to what you were looking at.

  6. Structured Inspection Items show photos for the item the same way we do for unstructured items, including clicking to zoom in, and cycle through multiple images (if present):

  7. For items (both Structured and Unstructured), actions have been added to the right of the Items list.

    1. The following actions are available Edit, Approve, Reject and Delete.

    2. Any action that is taken refreshes only the item/row, and not the whole page.

 INSPWU-6\42150

Creating Structured Inspections When Latest Version is Draft

Previously when a template's latest/current version was draft, the template was not available to create an inspection. This has been resolved and now;

  1. The "last published" version is available for a template, from which an inspection can be created, even if the latest version is Draft.

  2. This applies across the suite (i.e. WebUser, MobApp,)

INSPECTALL-14\42174

Ability to clone unpublished templates

The Clone action/button for Inspection Templates is available for Draft status (i.e. any status) templates.

INSPECTALL-8\42151

Multiple Signatures to Submit an Inspection

We now support a flexible and dynamic way to capture multiple signatures when submitting a completed inspection.

Examples are:

  • Builder and customer.

  • Multiple customers that may be present.

  • Multiple/different staff attendees etc.

Note that the current "Inspector" signature is still required and is mandatory for all inspection submissions.

INSPECTALL-16\42167

Mandatory Notes/Photos for Template Inspection Items

Structured inspections now allow insisting on Notes and Photos on items, regardless of what the response group/responses might (by default) ask for

  1. When managing inspection template items, there are options:

    1. "Notes are mandatory, regardless of response." - default is No/Off.

    2. "Photos are mandatory, regardless of response." - default is No/Off.

  2. This is copied to the inspection item when created.

  3. These options enforced throughout the solution (WebUser, MobApp, API, etc.).

INSEPCTALL-10\42153

Accepting terms and conditions on the submission of an inspection.

It is now possible to have users accepting terms and conditions when submitting inspections.

  1. There is a generic Licensee setting for all unstructured inspections.

    1. "Require Ts&Cs acceptance for unstructured inspections" - Yes/No

    2. "Ts&Cs Acceptance Wording"

    3. "Ts&Cs URL" - optional, to link to a nominated Ts&Cs document/page

  2. Inspection Templates have this as a configuration option also:

    1. "Require Ts&Cs acceptance" - Yes/No

    2. "Ts&Cs Acceptance Wording" (to display next to the checkbox)

    3. "Ts&Cs URL" - optional, to link to a nominated Ts&Cs document/page

  3. The inspection reports include in the submission/sign-off section that Ts&Cs were accepted, and the hyperlink to the page/file.

INSPECTALL-12\42155

Ability to add (ad-hoc) Items to Structured Inspections

You can now add items to a structured inspection on both the web and mobile versions.

INSPECTALL-18\42157

Response Types for Date/Time Support

New Response Type options are available for:

  1. Date

  2. Date/Time

  3. Time

INSPECTALL-17\42169

Mandatory Notes/Photos for Responses

We now allow insisting on Notes and Photos on items and responses. On both a response to an item and a response in a response group there are two new options;

  1. "Notes are mandatory for this response." - default is No/Off.

  2. "Photos are mandatory for this response." - default is No/Off.

These options are enforced throughout the solution (WebUser, MobApp) to insist on these things if the item requires them.

  • No labels
