Overview

In this article, we will take a registered organisation and their staff and set them up as resources. We will be setting up 2 different teams.

Organisation

Resources

Resources are used to group the organisation's workers that will be allocated to tasks.

In this example, we edit the Default Resource and rename it Slabs Team 1.

Place ticks next to the people who belong to the team

One person is selected as the Primary contact for the team by selecting the radio button in the Primary column.

Resource Dimensions

A Dimension is then assigned to the resource to help define which areas it covers.

We now have a Resource called Slabs Team 1, which has 2 people assigned to it, covering the Mero area.

We then add a new Resource called Slabs Team 2. A colour is selected for the resource and the people associated with that resource are ticked.
