The Fields screen can only be accessed for a stream that has an output format of Microsoft Excel or CSV. It allows the user to specify the column headings and data to be exported. Users must have at least one field selected before processing the export.

  • From the Campaign menu, select Fields.
  • From the sidebar select Campaign then Fields.

The fields listed in the Available Fields list will include client-specific fields when the stream target is set to Clients & Prospects.

The Marketing Reference should be added to be included in the export as it allows a user to track an entity to a particular marketing campaign.

The Available Fields list contains all the fields that can be added to the selected output.

  1. Select the required field(s) from the Available Fields list. Multiple fields can be selected by holding down the CTRL key whilst left-clicking the fields.
  2. Click the Add Field button (). The field(s) will be moved to the Selected Fields list.

Users can double clicka field to move it across to the Selected Fields list.

Use the Remove Field () or Remove All () buttons to remove fields from the Selected Fields list.

  1. Select a field that is to be modified.
  2. Click the Edit button. The Change Label dialog will be displayed.



  3. Enter a new name for the label.
  4. Click the OK button. The Change Label dialog will close.
