The Personal Follow Up screen is used to display a list of current follow up items assigned to the currently logged in user.

Opening the Personal Follow Up Screen - Click here to expand...

From the Tools menu, select Personal Follow Up.
From the sidebar, select Tools then Personal F/Up.
Press Shift + F9.

Creating a New Follow Up Item - Click here to expand...

Click New. The Follow Up dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Click OK. The dialog will close and the follow up item will be displayed in the Personal Follow Up list.

IMPORTANT CONCEPTS

The Personal Follow Up list and the Follow Up Due dialog display all follow up items that are either assigned directly to the currently logged in user or follow up items for multiple users where the currently logged in user is selected for the particular follow up item.
