The Client SMS screen shows the SMS messages that have been sent to the client

  • From the sidebar, select CRM then SMS.



You can filter the SMS messages in the Select Criteria. Click on the drop down selector button against the criteria you want to change 


If you want to view a message the select it and click on Edit.


You can resend the message by adding any of the recipients again.


Message Status's

The messages can have the following status's

StatusAction required
Not Sent: Gateway FailureEmail support@insulagroup.com.au
Not Sent: Logon FailureEmail support@insulagroup.com.au
Ready to SendNo action required.
