Client SMS
The Client SMS screen shows the SMS messages that have been sent to the client
You can filter the SMS messages in the Select Criteria. Click on the drop down selector button against the criteria you want to change
If you want to view a message the select it and click on Edit.
You can resend the message by adding any of the recipients again.
Message Status's
The messages can have the following status's
Status | Action required |
---|---|
Not Sent: Gateway Failure | Email support@insulagroup.com.au |
Not Sent: Logon Failure | Email support@insulagroup.com.au |
Ready to Send | No action required. |
Sent | No action required |
