The Alerts screen displays a list of alerts for a particular broker.
An alert is a popup message that will be displayed on screen when a particular client is accessed. Whether or not a user is able to see an alert depends on the criteria used to set it up.

- From the CRM menu, select Alerts.
- From the sidebar, select CRM then Alerts.
- Press F6.
- Click the Alerts toolbar icon ( ).

- Press the New button. The Alert dialog will be displayed.
- From the CRM menu, select New Alert.
- Press Ctrl + F6.
- Enter the alert details
- Click the OK button.
