There are several asset and liability reports available within TFS.

The available reports include:

  1. Asset and Liability Statement
  2. Asset and Liability Statement - Simple Format
  3. Asset and Liability Statement - Joint Entities

There are two ways to view the Assets and Liabilities Reports:

  1. From the Contact menu, select Assets and Liabilities.
  2. Click the Print Preview icon ( ). The Reports - Asset & Liability Statement dialog will be displayed.

  1. From the File menu, select Reports. or click on the Reports icon
  2. From the Select Report Category drop-down list, select Current Application.
  3. Select Application (Batch) and click the Preview or Print button. The Application (Batch) dialog will be displayed. The Application (Batch) dialog allows you to print (not preview) multiple reports at a time.



  4. Tick the check boxes next to the reports you would like printed.
  5. Use the drop-down menus to choose the report style.
  6. Click the Print button to print the reports.
