General Checklist
The following is a list of general procedures to follow when an error occurs with The Finance Shop or any associated Insula Software products.
Do not perform all at once. Steps 3 and 4 should only be performed by your IT department.
- Restart the local application.
- Restart the local computer.
- Restart the sentinel service on server/computer that hosts the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key. This will disconnect all currently connect users.
- Restart the server/computer that hosts the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key.
