The Static Data screen is designed to view and enter list items into TFS. This screen displays all of the lists and list options that appear in TFS.

Some static data can have additional list items added to them. For example, TFS comes pre-configured with nine (9) industry items. It is possible to add further industries into the system. Meanwhile, some static data cannot be modified or added to. For example, Gender can only be male, female or unknown. A further example is Entity Type that can only be Corporation, Name Only, or Person.

From the Administration menu, select General then Static Data.
From the sidebar, select General then Static Data.

How to add a List Item - Click here to expand...

Select General \ Static Data.
Click on the Static List item that you ant to add to.
Click on New.
Enter the Name of the item.
Click on OK.
