Follow-ups on apps/quotes

You can now link follow-ups to specific applications and quotes.

When you click on  you will see the following dialog.

When you choose he Linked Type the list will be filtered accordingly.

When the follow-up is displayed there is a new button on the dialog that allows you to load the relevant application \ quote.
