Setting up the Library in DMS

Overview

This article explains the steps to use DMS for the SupplyChain library. You will need to contact Insula to enable this functionality. When you have been advised that it has been enabled follow the steps below to create the library within the DMS.

Create the Document Structure

Create a Document Structure as below. Create the Folders as required.

Document Type

Create the Document Types that you want.

When setting permissions, ensure you select the relevant roles for SupplyChain.

Add the documents

Add the required documents


Viewing the documents

The Resources > Libray section will now show the Document Structure that you created.
